I ordered one of these last year around Christmas and was very happy with the quality. So much so that I ordered two more this year for my children. The comforter I received this year is nothing like the one last year. It is exactly like the posts that describe it as sewn together sheets with feathers poking out of it! You can feel the plucked feathers everywhere! Yuck! The one from last year is soft, with fine down and not a feather poking anywhere. It is sad that there is such inconsistency in the product.
Not as nice as other reviewers led me to believe November 28, 2008 WP Local (Winter Park, CO United States)
For the price I am not surprised at the quality; however, other reviewers make this seam like a nicer conforter then it is.. So you know: 1.) It is mostly a Feather (not down) comforter, and YES, the feather do poke through frequently and annoyingly. 2.) The cover is very papery... it actually crinkles... 3.) It is very thin and the FEATHERs have poor distribution in the baffles But: My 5 yr old likes it and with her flannel "princess" duvet, it is serving it's purpose. I would not purchase another one and cannot recommend it. I would suggest That if this is your price range, you will be happier with a synthetic down comforter.
It works! October 9, 2008 S. Feazell (California)
Good for value. Better quality than I expected with all these reviews. But its certainly not equivalent to the $300+ versions. I needed a Cali King and it's warm and gives good coverage. It works really well inside a nice duvet cover.

I had put that i was disappointed with this balnket on my feedback.....and then i removed it. I really enjoy this blanket, it didnt look like the picture it wasnt as fluffy as the picture made it seem, but it is fluffy and very warm. i bought a duvet cover for it also and that helped.............all and all i am pleased with this blanket!!! plus it is great for thirty dollars!!!!!!
Great for the price July 25, 2008 Bobby Simer (Denver, CO)
You can't really beat a queen sized comforter for 40 bucks. The only issue I have- the feathers poke out a little more than normal, but with a soft duvet cover you're golden. Bought it for my toddler and am extremely satisfied with the purchase. I don't expect it to last too long, but for now it certainly does the trick.
