This is by far the best mixer that I have ever used.I have a big base unit for dough but for the fillings I use a hand unit.This unit can handle heavy loads and the cord never get in your way. It perfect for right or left handed users.Easy 1 hand controls,allows you to mult-task. This is a value for your dollar product. I should know I am retired and on fix income, so I think twice before I buy.

Cuisinart continues it's reputation for quality and value, with this mixer. It's significantly more quiet than our old mixer, and very easy to use and handle. I guess you really don't need 7 speeds, but it is nice to start out slowly and then speed up. We got what we expected.

I think I've tried them all and been disappointed. This mixer is still meeting my expectations a full six months after purchasing it. I like the speeds, the ease of cleaning and the attachments. Only thing that disappoints me is getting it to stand on it's end while I add ingredients - it keeps wanting to fall over. Even with that minor irritation, it is a great mixer.

Excellent product. Love the variable speeds. Previously had a 3-speed but I like this one so much better!
