I ordered this item and spent the extra money for rush shipping, as I wanted to use it for a lecture that was coming up. But the remote never arrived and I never received anything from the seller (GizmosForLife) about why this product was not shipped. So I emailed them several times and even left a phone message. Eventually (two weeks after I posted my rush order) I got an email excuse that was poor at best. The customer service for this company is a joke.

Excellent product if you need to have a wireless clicker for your presentations. It has performed well everytime. The only disappointment is that the laser pointer is not that bright. It still is adequate but not ideal.

I purchased this to use with my IBOOK. Few are available that are compatible with Macs. This is simple to use and worked well during my presentation.
