Customer Reviews Very pleased with it. July 28, 2008 Conrayber (Phoenix, AZ- United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I have had this extractor for over a week and I love it. I have juiced carrots, oranges, apples, celery, garlic, honeydew and cantaloupe and the machine has done an **impeccable** job every time. I had initially considered buying an expensive juicer but I am so glad I got this one. Highly recommendable!
Great price for a great juicer! March 8, 2008 Claudia Thomas (Arvada, CO) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I'm very happy with this juicer,it doesn't take too much space on my counter and my 18 month old loves her fresh juices(specially carrot). I use it couple of times a week and it's easy to clean (it's dishwasher safe, but it only takes me a few minutes to do it myself)... and the price was great too!

Where's the Juice? July 2, 2006 FMStLouis 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The money you save by not buying a more expensive juicer than the Elite MaxiMatic Power Dynamic Juice Extractor model TS938X, you will lose in the extra money you will have to spend on more fruits and vegetables because of the poor juice extraction of this juicer. Even on the higher speed, the pulp from the vegetables I juiced was sopping wet with juice. I juiced baby lettuces, kale, carrot, beet, green pepper, broccoli, cucumber and cherry tomato. Not until I juiced the pulp three times did the pulp begin to dry out. While MaxiMatic made it convenient to get to the pulp with a pulp container that swings out from under the juicer, I would have much preferred more efficient juice extraction. The juice itself, however, was good. Cleaning up was a little more involved because of the two-piece pulp container and the two-piece top for a total of nine plastic or metal pieces, but the pieces themselves were easy to clean. The on/off switch was safety-locked so that the unit would not operate unless the top was locked into place, a necessary feature in my opinion. The chute was about average size, allowing a thin carrot to pass without being cut up first. Except for the wet pulp, this unit is worth the going street price. Unfortunately, the wet pulp is a show-stopper for me.
