A well-made knife, sharp, opens easily, & a sturdy clip. The safety is too easy to engage accidentally but a drop of superglue fixes that.

Pros: low price, good steel, strong lock, safety, and assisted opener
cons: a little vertical blade play
this is a great knife for the price and from what i have heard nearly all of them have a little blade play, it isn't much but i don't like having any blade play on my knives. [...]

This knife is extremely well made like a swiss timepiece. The one-handed assisted opening is so slick and quite addictive play with. Lock engagement is solid and even has a secondary lock that works in both the closed and open position. The blade is very sharp and stays sharp. There is absolutely no looseness in this knife. It is also small and slim enough to fit nicely in the pocket. I use this all the time at work for all sorts of cutting chores. One of the best investments I've made in a long time. I use to buy the cheap pocket knives but will never again have to. I think SOG Twitch II will last a lifetime. Highly recommended!

Compares well with more expensive knives. Solid as a rock, nice thin body made of stacked metal plates and anodized aluminum handles, with high-quality stainless blade. The I and II are good sizes for a gentlemen's knife, and the XL is my 'out on the weekend' knife. The assisted open works very well, it is just strong enough and does not produce a loud attention-getting snap as with some other brands. Nothing wrong with liner-locks, but I prefer the lock-back and the clip on the heel (that's just me), this knife has both. And the 'kick' opener is my favorite - since I don't need my thumb to open the knife, I can keep a better grip on the body with less effort. A winner all around. Buy two.
