服用这种药可以增加您患血块，中风或心脏病发作的风险。You are even more at risk if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or if you are overweight. Your risk of stroke or blood clot is highest during your first year of taking birth control pills. Your risk is also high when you restart this medicine after not taking it for 4 weeks or longer.

Smoking can greatly increase your risk of blood clots, stroke, or heart attack.您的风险会增加您的年龄越大，吸烟越多。如果您吸烟并且已有35年的历史，则不应服用避孕药。

Do not use if you are pregnant.停止使用这种药物，立即告诉您的医生，如果您怀孕了，或者您连续错过了两个月经期。如果您最近生了一个孩子，请至少4周，然后服用避孕药。

• 未治疗或不受控制的高血压；
• heart disease (chest pain, coronary artery disease, history of heart attack, stroke, or blood clot);
• an increased risk of having blood clots due to a heart problem or a hereditary blood disorder;
• circulation problems (especially if caused by diabetes);
• a history of hormone-related cancer, or cancer of the breast, uterus/cervix, or vagina;
• unusual vaginal bleeding that has not been checked by a doctor;
• liver disease or liver cancer;

• a history of jaundice caused by pregnancy or birth control pills; or

乙基雌二醇和左甲虫可以减缓母乳的产生。使用这种药物时，您不应母乳喂养。
