- you recently took a heart medicine called sacubitril; or

Get emergency medical help if you have过敏反应的迹象：hives; severe stomach pain; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. You may be more likely to have an allergic reaction if you are African-American.

You may take amlodipine and perindopril with or without food. Take the medicine at the same time each day.

Call your doctor if you have ongoing vomiting or diarrhea, or if you are sweating more than usual. You can easily become dehydrated while taking amlodipine and perindopril. This can lead to very low blood pressure, electrolyte disorders, or kidney failure.
