Taking birth control pills can increase your risk of blood clots, stroke, or heart attack.如果您患有高血压，糖尿病，高胆固醇或超重，则面临更大的危险。在服用避孕药的第一年，您患上中风或血块的风险最高。当您在4周或更长时间不服用避孕药后重新启动避孕药时，您的风险也很高。

吸烟可以大大增加您患血块，中风或心脏病发作的风险。Your risk increases the older you are and the more you smoke. You should not take combination birth control pills if you smoke and are over 35 years old.

如果您怀孕，请勿使用。Stop using this medicine and tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant, or if you miss two menstrual periods in a row. If you have recently had a baby, wait at least 4 weeks before taking birth control pills.

You should not take birth control pills if you have:

• untreated or uncontrolled high blood pressure;
• 心脏病（胸痛，冠状动脉疾病，心脏病发作史，中风或血块）；
• 由于心脏问题或遗传性血液疾病而导致血凝块的风险增加；
• 循环问题（尤其是由糖尿病引起的）；

• severe migraine headaches (with aura, numbness, weakness, or vision changes), especially if you are older than 35;
• a history of jaundice caused by pregnancy or birth control pills;
• if you smoke and are over 35 years old; or
• if you take any hepatitis C medication containing ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir (Technivie).

To make sure birth control pills are safe for you, tell your doctor if you have ever had:

• varicose veins;
• high cholesterol or triglycerides, or if you are overweight;
• 沮丧;
• 偏头痛；
• diabetes, gallbladder disease;
• 肝或肾脏疾病；
• irregular menstrual cycles; or

避孕药中的激素可能会进入母乳，并可能伤害养育婴儿。这种药物也可能会减慢母乳的产生。如果您要母乳喂养婴儿，请不要使用。
