How to takeOrazinc(Oral)?

UseOrazinc(Oral)exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Take a zinc gluconatetabletwith food if it upsets your stomach.

The recommended daily dose of zinc gluconate changes with age. Follow your healthcare provider's instructions. You may also consult the Office of Dietary Supplements of the NIH, or the USDA Nutrient Database of recommended daily allowances for more information.

Do not swallow a zinc gluconatelozengewhole. Allow it to dissolve in your mouth completely. Do not use more than 6 lozenges per day (or 4 per day for anyone 12 to 18 years old).

Start taking zinclozengesas soon as possible after cold symptoms appear.

Call your doctor if your cold symptoms do not improve after 7 days.

Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.

Throw away anylozengesnot used within 6 months after opening.

Take the medicine as soon as you can, but skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose.Do nottake two doses at one time.
