Taking this medicine can increase your risk of blood clots, stroke, or heart attack.如果您患有高血压，糖尿病，高胆固醇或超重，则面临更大的危险。在服用避孕药的第一年，您患上中风或血块的风险最高。当您不服用4周或更长时间后，您重新启动这种药物时，您的风险也很高。

吸烟可以大大增加您患血块，中风或心脏病发作的风险。Your risk increases the older you are and the more you smoke. You should not take combination birth control pills if you smoke and are over 35 years old.

如果您怀孕，请勿使用。Stop using this medicine and tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant, or if you miss two menstrual periods in a row. If you have recently had a baby, wait at least 4 weeks before taking birth control pills.

You should not take birth control pills if you have:

• untreated or uncontrolled high blood pressure;

Tell your doctor if you have ever had:

• high cholesterol or triglycerides, or if you are overweight;

• a seizure or migraine headache;
• diabetes, gallbladder disease;
• 肝或肾脏疾病；
• irregular menstrual cycles; or

乙醇雌二醇和左甲虫can slow breast milk production. You should not breast-feed while using this medicine.
