副作用

什么是副作用Trizivir（口头）?

如果您的两种或更多种这些特定副作用组中有过敏反应的症状，请致电您的医生：

• Group 1 - fever;
• Group 2 - rash;
• 第3组 - 恶心，呕吐，腹泻，胃痛;
• Group 4 - general ill feeling, extreme tiredness, body aches;
• Group 5 - shortness of breath, cough, sore throat.

一旦对此药物过敏反应，就永远不会再使用它。如果您因任何原因停止进行Trizivir，请在开始再次拍摄之前与您的医生交谈。

如果你有：

• other signs of allergic reaction--skin blisters or peeling, eye redness, swelling in your face or throat, trouble breathing;
• 乳酸性酸中毒--unusual muscle pain, trouble breathing, stomach pain, vomiting, irregular heart rate, dizziness, feeling cold, or feeling very weak or tired;
• low white blood cell counts--fever，嘴疮，皮肤疮，喉咙痛，咳嗽，呼吸困难;
• 低红细胞（贫血）--pale skin, unusual tiredness, feeling light-headed or short of breath, cold hands and feet; or
• 肝脏问题- 周围的中腹部，右侧腹部疼痛，食欲不振，暗尿液，粘土色粪便，黄疸（皮肤或眼睛泛黄）。

Abacavir，Lamivudine和Zidovudineaffects your immune system, which may cause certain side effects (even weeks or months after you've taken this medicine). Tell your doctor if you have:

• 新感染的迹象--fever, night sweats, swollen glands, cold sores, cough, wheezing, diarrhea, weight loss;
• trouble speaking or swallowing, problems with balance or eye movement, weakness or prickly feeling; or
• swelling in your neck or throat (enlarged thyroid), menstrual changes, impotence.

常见的副作用可能包括：

• headache;
• weakness or tiredness;
• nausea, vomiting; or
• changes in the shape or location of body fat (especially in your arms, legs, face, neck, breasts, and waist).
