You should not take oxymorphone if you are allergic to it, or if you have:

How to takeOPANA（Oxymorphone）?

Take oxymorphone on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.

Your doctor may recommend you get naloxone (a medicine to reverse an opioid overdose) and keep it with you at all times. Your caregiver must still get emergency medical help and may need to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) on you while waiting for help to arrive.
