What is the most important information I should know aboutOrgovyx（口服）?
Relugolix is not for use in women or children.
Tell your doctor if you have ever had:
- heart problems; or
- long QT syndrome (in you or a family member).
Use effective birth control if your sex partner is pregnant or able to get pregnant.Relugolix can harm an unborn baby if the father is using this medicine. Keep using birth control for at least 2 weeks after your last dose of this medicine.
This medicine may affect fertility (your ability to have children). However,it is important to use birth control if your partner is pregnant or able to get pregnant because relugolix can harm an unborn baby.
Side Effects
What are the side effects ofOrgovyx（口服）?

Call your doctor at once if you have:

- muscle or joint pain; or

How to takeOrgovyx（口服）?
UseOrgovyx（口服）exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose. Use the medicine exactly as directed.
Relugolix is usually taken as 3 tablets the first day, followed by 1 tablet per day from then on.

Swallow the tablet whole and do not crush, chew, or break it.
You may need frequent blood tests. Your heart function may need to be checked using an electrocardiograph or ECG (sometimes called an EKG).
Your doctor will determine how long to treat you with relugolix.不要change your dose or stop using this medicine without your doctor's advice.
Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep the tablets in their original container, along with the packet or canister of moisture-absorbing preservative.
