副作用

什么是副作用Afinitor(Oral)?

如果有紧急医疗帮助signs of an allergic reaction:hives; chest pain, difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. You may be more likely to have some of these symptoms if you also take an "ACE inhibitor" heart or blood pressure medication.

打电话给你doctor at once if you have:

• 嘴里的水泡或溃疡，红色或肿胀的牙龈，麻烦吞咽；
• lung problems--new or worsening cough, chest pain, wheezing, feeling short of breath;
• 感染的迹象- 狂热，发冷，疲倦，关节疼痛，皮疹；
• 肾脏问题--little or no urination; swelling in your feet or ankles;
• 肝脏问题- nausea，食欲不振，胃痛（右上侧），深色尿液，粘土色的凳子，黄疸（皮肤或眼睛的黄色）；
• low blood cell counts- 类似流体的症状，皮肤疮，易于瘀伤，不寻常的出血，皮肤苍白，手和脚，感觉头脑浅；
• any wound that will not heal; or
• 一个红色，温暖，肿胀，疼痛，出血或渗出脓液的手术切口。

如果您有某些副作用，您的癌症治疗可能会延迟或永久停止。

常见的副作用可能包括：

• fever, cough, infections, feeling weak or tired;
• mouth sores;
• 恶心，食欲不振；
• 体内任何地方肿胀；
• 皮疹;
• missed menstrual periods;
• 头痛;或者
• 高血糖- 口渴，排尿增加，口干，果味呼吸气味。
