Love the non-stick part, and that they're easy to wash - hot soapy water, no soaking. I am very careful not to let them soak because I know someone else who has Airbake cookie sheets and you can still hear water moving around in hers when you tilt them. I like that there's different sizes - I bought 3 sets of these. Only weird part was that each set was sent to me in 3 different large boxes, all sent the same day and received on the same day - seems like they could have been consolidated into just one of the large boxes.
