I used this extension cord constantly over the summer - it worked perfectly each time and saved my house from burning down when I forgot to unplug it during rain storms (the outlet is attached to the house.) I think it will last for many years and I feel comfortably safe using it as the cord is thick and heavy and the end connectors are large and securely attached to the cord.

Another plus is the attractive color. Actually, several colors are available - they are bright and easy to see, making them less susceptible to damage from lawn equipment - not to mention making them less likely to trip over. What a great improvement in color vs. the standard neon orange which was the only color readily available for outdoor extensions for many years (to my knowledge.) Would definitely recommend.

This extension cord works as expected. The end of the cord remained cool to the touch while using power tools that drew power intermittently. The lighted power indicator is a nice feature. No complaints.

Very good. Though I should have gotten a longer cord, 100 ft for my snow thrower.

I originally ordered a 50 foot power cord from them.
Then I saw they had a 100 foot one so I ordered that.
So then I went to cancel the order for the 50 foot one.
I sent 3 emails to them(item hadn't shipped yet) a week ago and they have not responded. Meanwhile they went and shipped the item. That is very poor customer support! They also gave wrong tracking information

seems good enough quality, but what i got was short by two feet! i like to get what i paid for and that ticks me off. good for them shorting the customer by 2 feet, which then for every 25 cords they sell the next is pure profit. just a penny here, and one there...who will miss the consumer getting cheated.
