I have tried 5 or 6 different muscle milks and they are the best protein in the market in my opinion. Out of all their flavours THIS is the one! I use it primarily with plain yogurt and frozen fruit so it makes an amazing protein smoothie! I highly recommend this flavour.

I have been using this product for 6 months now. I take the recommended serving size immediately after my workout and I saw noticeable difference in muscle development. I like the taste and I did not see any side effects. One important note, if you are taking this product before you go to bed make sure that you brush your teeth very well, otherwise it is almost guaranteed that you will develop cavities.

Muscle milk is a great protein supplement. Its tasty, low carb, and high protein. It also contains a lot of other useful nurtients and vitamins. Some of the flavors are weird - I would stay away from exotic flavors like orange creme. Stick with Chocolate (or my other fav - Mocha Joe) and you'll be set. I acutally use these as meal replacements shakes as well as pre/post workout nutrition. 1 scoop (2 is too much) in a glass of milk is enough to hold me over all morning until lunch time.

I have been using Muscle Milk for over a year now to add extra protein to my diet because I am a bodybuilder, and I will continue to use it for the following reasons..

*Unlike most protein powders Muscle Milk tastes pretty good; I have tried Cinnamon Bun, Strawberry Milkshake, Cake Batter, Chocolate Mint Chip, Cookies n' Creme, Chocolate Carmel Swirl, and a few others. The point here is that it is hard to go wrong with this product. Just pick the flavor you like and more than likely you will not be disappointed.

*Muscle Milk is a good source of Cassein protein. Cassein protein is one of those slow absorbing proteins so it feeds your muscles for a good period of time. This is great for in the morning and about 2 hours before bed.

*This product mixes very well especially with Soy Milk.

I was told muscle milk was a good product so i decided to try it out. I have to say i wouldnt buy it again. Im not sure how well the results are yet(only been taking it for about a week)but the vanilla flavor is extremely sweet, more than other protiens ive tried. Also it is very sandy, if you've taken powdered creatine before than you know what i mean. Best protein ive had is BSN "True Mass". Great taste and great results. (plus it doesnt give you gas lol)
