I purchased this fan several weeks ago... and the fan has performed perfectly ever since.... great value for the price!

The Startech Heavy Duty Pentium Cooler Fan has very strong, masculine appearance. When you actually get it you realize the fan is of the cheapest quality and very lightweight. Installation was easy enough but that is where the joy ended. The unit buzzed loudly and would attempt to spin at about 2 revolutions per minute. It wasn't going spin fast enough to cool anything, and even if it had a great CFM flow rate it was so noisy it would be intolerable. I returned it to Amazon as I am assuming my fan was defective.
