I ordered this juicer for my mother as a present. The machine did not work right out of the box -- the motor was faulty and did not operate. The good thing is that Amazon.com made it easy to return and get a refund so that I could get her something else. Please remember that you only have 30 days to return. I have sometimes purchased presents months in advance, but I will be leery about doing so in the future for mechanical items.

I have bought 3 juicers in the past, paying up to $300 for the most expensive. They all left juice in the pulp. This is the first one that literally left sawdust for pulp. I have only used it a few times, but so far it has been fantastic. I am very happy with it's performance.

I brought this juicer as it was a cheaper option to other juicers. Unfortunately the juicer was incomplete and had no switch on it. My advice is that you spend a bit more and get your moneys' worth.

I never imagined myself drinking a big bunch of kale, or spinach, or a combination of all 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in one go! But I did and I'm going to keep on doing it for better health. This inexpensive but very powerful contraption has changed my diet for the better. And it didn't even cost me a lot of money! And the clean up is real simple and easy, not a lot of pieces to disassemble and wash and reassemble. Otherwise, I would not be raving about it this much!

Awesome juicer! Very powerful and gets every last drop of juice out of anything. Easy to take apart, clean and put back together. The only thing that need scrubbing is the grinding surface itself. Everything else gets rinsed. A+++
