Very good software and easy to navigate, certainly an additional teaching aid to Students taking exams using Office 2003

I had no problems installing and running the program. It teaches beginner, intermediate, and advanced topics with dialogs and examples you follow through. There's an index and glossary you can use to look-up specific topics and you can review any chapter or lesson you wish. The only issue that stopped me from giving this product five stars is that it does not have a test or practice problems after the lessons. It does ask five questions at the end of each lesson but they're simple questions. Nothing to really test your knowledge. Otherwise, this is a great product to learn Office 2003 at your own pace.

Professor Teaches Office 2003 has been so helpful! It's been easy to teach myself PowerPoint Advanced & Excel - this program covers it all and than some. This program makes learning easy for anyone. I would recommend it highly.

I had no problems installing, Like I read some other person had when installing a different version of this product. When It worked for me, it seemed like a really good product, the voice was clear and the step by step tutorials were easy to use.
But after the fourth use, it stopped working...the program itself would startup but never execute, just stayed in the task bar. I've uninstalled and installed atleast 3 times. Yet nothing happens.
I tried calling tech support twice, but I have yet to speak to anyone, I hung up after waiting 40 minutes. I called customer service, but they transfered me back and I waited and waited and waited until I just hung up. Also, Individual software, the makers of this product, their website lacks FAQ's about this product and updates. So be wise when purchasing, Customer Service Sucks.
