Customer Reviews Helped burned toddler! August 27, 2008 Shelly (Norman, Ok) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for a co-worker when her 3yr old nephew was accidentally burned on his shoulder, chest and thighs with scalding hot water. He refused to take a bath or go near water for fear it would be hot! This little light solved the problem. Now he can tell if the water is hot or cold by the color of the light on the faucet and isn't afraid of the water anymore.
Fun little gadget - and useful, too May 13, 2008 D. Carter (Dallas, TX)
This is a fun little gadget, and actually pretty useful. It does a good job of sensing when the water gets to a certain temperature (89 deg. F), and then switches the light from blue to red. The switchover is very quick when the temperature reaches the right level. Handy for those who have a sink that is far from the water heater so you can tell at a glance whether the water has gotten hot yet or not. It's a little bulky for use in a bathroom faucet. That's where we have ours, though, and it really isn't too bad. Wouldn't have any problem at all fitting comfortably on a kitchen faucet in any case.
Hog Wild Temp. Light Faucet September 18, 2007 Elizabeth Jones (Pensacola, FL) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Hog Wild shipped fast. I really like the faucet light. I have a single lever bathroom faucet in an old house-we don't get instant hot water so tis is a nice way to see when the water is hot. This works great for the grandkids. It makes them want to wash their hands all the time. I wish I could get one for the bathtub. I have no problem with the aeration of the water flow as some reviewers have claimed. Everytime someone uses it they rave about it. Its a nice touch to a remodeled bathroom and I'm glad I bought it. Hog Wild was the least expensive and I am pleased with their service.Faucet Light - Temperature Control

+Works as advertised. +Comes with 2 adapters and extra batteries. -Bulky, bigger than I thought it would be. Pay attention to product dimensions. -Has no aerator.
Interesting Twist on Lighting May 2, 2007 Jeff Martis (N-Town, PA) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
it's a pretty neat little kitchen add on, but the only thing i want to point out is that it does change the actual pressure of your water flow. we used to have a connection that 'gushed' the water out and now with this attachment, it's more of a 'flow.' not a biggie though, you can always add a finer 'mesh' attachment and get it back to how it was ;) great for kids who aren't careful enough about putting their hands in water!
