Customer Reviews Makes great tea in any cup November 14, 2008 C. Bayne (Phoenix, AZ United States)
This is great for loose leaf tea drinkers. It's easier to fill than the tea balls. You put your loose tea in the diffuser, hang it from your cup, and pour hot tea over it. Let it sit as long as you want, pull it out when you're done, and drink. Mmm. It rinses off easily, too.
Affordable and portable September 24, 2008 connectikat (Connecticut) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Pros: Portable, great for work or on-the-go Unique base doubles as drip catcher and lets you store anywhere, on desk or countertop Easily adapts to any size mug or tea pot Simple to clean - just rinse under running water Lower price than many other tea infusers Cons: Large mesh screen allows more sediment through Unlike Bodum's stainless steel infuser, this is steel and plastic - less sturdy
works like a charm April 6, 2008 Nancy S. Brown (Hilliard, OH United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I had always used the ball type infuser before and it was hard to get those big leaved teas in there without the stems and such keeping it open a bit. This infuser makes it all so easy for the klutzes of the world. If you want to make two cups there's enough room in there for the needed amount of tea.
Handy for making high quality tea for one or at work! October 17, 2007 J. Morton (Silicon Valley, CA United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought this tea infuser recently on a whim so I could have good quality tea at work instead of relying on all the tea bags. My husband and I still make pots of tea at home with our tea pot with the built-in tea infuser, but this is great for me at work. I have my bag of high quality green jasmine pearls on my desk along with this. It's so easy and convenient! My boss wasn't sure what the thing was at first, but it was a great topic for conversation.
